From floods to droughts, from wildfires to extreme cold, from hurricanes to plastic continents destroying our landscapes: human activity is leaving its mark and extreme weather events are claiming people's lives. If we are the first generation affected by climate change, it is also up to our generation to stop it. After a lost decade under the Conservatives, Canada is still waiting for an accountable plan to fight climate change. The Liberals under Justin Trudeau are sticking with the emissions targets set by the Conservatives despite the promises they made for real action to protect our environment. Our environment can't wait.
