Great lost in the community - the passing of Kat Norris
Kat Norris was a pillar of beauty, grace and strength. She shared so much wisdom and knowledge, providing guidance and support to countless people in our community. I am so lucky to have known her, to witness her teachings, to learn from her and to fight along side her. She will be sorely missed but her teachings will live on. Love and strength to the family during this difficult time.

Two high school students also received a full scholarship to study in Vancouver. Getting their study permit approved was no easy task as IRCC often reject applications citing their standard reasons for rejections. Special thanks to Friba Rezayee for her relentless effort and dedication to help empower young Afghan women. They are an inspiration to us all. Welcome to Canada and thank you for contributing to Canada’s multicultural, social and exconomic fabric.
